I am a trainee psychotherapist with The Berne Institute and established Stoney Meadow Counselling in April 2023. Due to working primarily as a secondary school teacher, my first clients were from the education sector, but I now see a wide range of individuals, helping them with relationship issues, bereavement, work-related stress, trauma, family relationships, general self-reflection and more.

I am a strong advocate for responsibility and autonomy when it comes to a person’s life choices, whilst acknowledging the various forces acting upon that person as they make their decisions, which is why I went on to set up Stoney Meadow Psychoeducation and Stoney Meadow Education too, to help people become more self-aware, learn practical skills and understand the influences on their decision-making.

I believe whole-heartedly in the power of deep self-reflection and acute awareness to open up new possibilities for leading a life that is fulfilling and free.
